I had a great experience working with Shane at the car lot! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.Shane was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of my questions honestly. He helped me find a car that fit both my needs and my budget, and I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. My last experience (different dealership) was a nightmare. I was hesitant and leery. Not anymore thanks to Shane! He showed me the Carfax report and went through everything thoroughly with me. There was an unexpected hiccup on my end with financing and he still managed to navigate me through and get me into the car I wanted. I’ll even be able to refinance in about 6-8 months after I get my issue straightened out! He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will work with you. He answered my endless questions and texts professionally, and really put my mind at ease. And Dale, I see you as well. Usually dealers that aren’t working with you directly are aloof, but Dale was friendly and helpful when needed as well.If more than 5 stars was an option, you guys would definitely get them! I will definitely be back, 10/10 I would recommend, thank you Shane - so very much.

Shout out to both Shane & Dale for helping me get the SUV of my dreams! They accommodated my price range, didn't toss on any sneaky additional "add ons", stayed late so I could test drive/purchase and made the paperwork a breeze. Truly appreciate them and will be recommending them to everyone!

I’ve dealt with a few dealerships for buying new/used cars, and Shoreline so far has been the best experience I’ve had.Shane helped me out, very down to earth guy. He answered all my questions and any ones that he didn’t know he looked into and got back with me on. He did ask if I could write a review- as he’s trying to grow their business, which is totally respectable. I wasn’t swayed to write a good review in any way, (after seeing the good reviews I questioned it lol)I also wasn’t planning on buying a truck originally, I wanted to look at a VW but wasn’t feeling it after test driving. Then I saw the truck on the lot & this truck was a great price and drove fantastic I just fell in love with it. The finance process to get everything in order was smooth and painless. He showed me different factors to change my monthly payments to fit my needs (my credit, down payment & how long) before even starting the process of a hard pull on credit.Being able to check the CARFAX through their website helped me a lot too with research before purchasing!There was a part that had to be replaced before purchase and they quickly replaced it. After buying the car I had an issue the next day, i brought it back and they took a look at it for me. Even the service guy was super nice. They said if I’m experiencing any other problems soon just give them a call they want to make sure I’m set! I love that they back their cars with a 30 day warranty.So far I am extremely happy with my purchase and the painless, guilt free experience -no pushy sales tactics, just “give it a drive and let me know what you think”.

30 Day Guarantee is a LIFE SAVER. I had an issue with my Trailblazer’s cooling temp sensor that would have cost me $476 if I took it to a mechanic. But here, I didn’t have to pay a dime. I’ve had a history of lemons since I was eighteen and bought my first car—a 2004 Honda Civic that blew an engine after two weeks. I’ve always been wary of used car dealers ever since. But this place is genuinely different.Shane Watts was not only extremely friendly, but honest as well. When I called him at 10:30pm because my check engine turned on after six days of driving, he was empathetic and instant scheduled me to bring my vehicle in for free maintenance.And when you bring your vehicle in, you’ll be taken care of extremely well by the amazing maintenance crew! Overall, I’ve been really fortunate to have chosen this dealership. I never EVER leave reviews but I feel as if it’s my duty to notify the public about this diamond in the rough.
